Dre R A Chicago Native from the east side of Chicago took notice of fans during his senior year of high school when he dropped his first ever project titled "Dre Mandela" , Dre R attended Hyde Park Career Academy with the likings of G Herbo & a couple other high profile individuals. However before he began to take music serious and look at it as his career he played basketball which was sorta his first love. Until his freshman year of high school he broke his foot right before the basketball season so that left him unable to play. Fast forward to his Sophmore year as he was gearing up to try to play basketball again. He one day had trouble breathing and passed out and would be rushed to the hospital where he would later on be diagnosed with an heart condition called myocarditis. Which left Dre R to convert back over to music full time after not feeling confident enough in his body even after being cleared to be active again.

Dre R now has over 4 million plus streams worldwide with a semi hit record with his childhood friend Warhol.SS titled "Show Off" , and a couple records with his close friend Nike Boi as their relation grew closer as Dre R moved back to Chicago after residing in LA for some time. Dre R is now knee deep in the industry being at least 5 plus projects in and now being affiliated with other great Chicago artist such as Valee , Famous Dex and more, this is his craft that he cherishes and loves very much.
